That's just easy.......
1). Download any Bittorrent client like ...... uTorrent(Best), Azureus, Bittorrent....

2). Once you have bittorrent client just install that. Now you are ready to download the torrent file so you just need to download the torrent file. Just go to google or torrentz.com and type the name of file you want like: movie,game,serial etc (for example: prison break .torrent) you will get a full list just download the file and then just double click on that it will automatically open up with the bittorrent client. Now now just have to wait till it's downloaded and then enjoy the file. Main benefit of bittorrent client is that you can download big files and some very rare content.
3). Last thing is just to enjoy them .....

I am a big fan of BitTorrent and would never go back to anything else again. I use isoHunt to search. Great tutorial!
Ya bittorrent and utorrent are great small in size but handy..
